Relax your mind let your consciousness be free

Following from my last post let me begin my current post with the following questions
  • What is perfection?
  • What is Judgement?
  • Do little kids judge?  

Inside Out vs Outside In Reality

One moment when your consciousness is free you see the current environment and circumstances perfect and be creative and start interacting with the environment freely with no effort and start innovating and enjoying the reality but when the conscious is narrow you see the same circumstances and environment as the cause of bad feelings and try to improve it forcefully to make it perfect and never achieving it.

Why do we procrastinate? My latest insight made me understand that its is due to thought and it is infinity nature. Role of thought is to keep creating thoughts. Keep it real simple.
Consciousness gets the thoughts and make it a reality. Overtime consciousness takes a rest and the focus is narrowed down to thoughts that were once new but old. My understanding is this is due to the fact that we do not listen to the consciousness wanting to be free and be aware of different thoughts and we are forcing it to observe certain personal habitual thoughts. Instead of swimming in the ocean of thoughts we try to cling into one place of the ocean with judgement,intellect and ego factors influencing our consciousness to cling to thought generated objects, circumstances and environment.  This is how I understand how personal habitual thoughts and behaviors are formed.

Nothing

This can be both good thing and bad thing. Overtime you would have build good habitual thought patterns and bad habitual thought patterns. How would you know if its a good or bad habitual thoughts? Are we judging these thoughts? Or are we feeling good or bad when our consciousness are aware of these thoughts? If we are feeling bad should we force our consciousness  to swim away from these thoughts or just recognize for what it is, a thought?
So what do you do? Nothing. Why nothing?
Due to understanding the nature of thought and the Infinite Level of Consciousness.
Every-time you gain an insight of this understanding the less time the consciousness takes a rest and is strengthened.
The more you stop trying to look outside to correct your consciousness when it is narrow the more time your consciousness will be free to make you reality a wonderful feeling.
This is because you are listening to your consciousness.
How does anything get done by doing nothing? Let me answer this question by asking you another question. Do you get to complete everything you planned? Is it a never ending to do list?

Relax you mind let you consciousness be free.
My understanding is you can not do this by having the misunderstanding that you are not perfect and you have to apply boundaries to achieve the perfection.
This is the the judgement,intellect and ego influencing the consciousness making the consciousness judge the thought generated reality and altering the state of consciousness.

Listening to the consciousness

Here is the paradox.
Every new thought generated by mind you consciousness recognize is neutral at the time of recognition. However as soon as it recognized a newer thought comes that can create imperfection in the previous thought. What do you do?
When you are in the natural state of mind and flow you just go with the flow and you are creating form from formless naturally.
Every little insight you gain in wanting to create something and the feeling is a good one follow it. 
Overtime when the consciousness is silenced due to the influence of the ego, intellect and judging you'll stop listening to the small insights of new thoughts generated by the mind. However as the understanding deepens the time you stop listening to your consciousness will be less and less and you'll be enjoying life like a little kid full of energy.
I have been observing my little nephew and as I have my understanding and consciousness have expanded. Have you realized that after while playing with little kids it is hard to keep up. We often say kids have way too much energy. We start trying to control them because all these thoughts are popped into the consciousness such as different scenarios how they could get hurt etc. I am not saying let them run wild free. My understanding is that all of these are thoughts can be observed in two ways. One is to observe as if it is all real or the other way is to observe as possible scenarios. When the consciousness is free it will come up with solutions to all those scenarios that was passed on to it.  Kids are doing this without the understanding due to the early period of development and the intellect, judgement and ego factor having no significant influence yet.

Conclusion

My current understanding is that we should live life by swimming through the ocean of thoughts and listening to our consciousness and navigate to the good state of feeling.

Consuming vs Creating

Let me start this post by asking you this following questions:
  • Are we here on this planet to consume what is already created or connect the dots and create new form from formless to help humanity?
  • Are we here on this planet to learn from experience from others or understand from our experience?
  • Are we here on this planet attached to form or part of the formless? 

Living in the Now 

My latest insight is the understanding that in order to live in the now is to remove attachment from thought and observing the thought as part of the now. Thought is a powerful constant in this planet. Thought along with consciousness bring reality to life. Thought help us join the dots. Thought makes you understand and along with Feeling is what guide us through life. While thought can be thought in good way it can also be thought in bad way. Thought can be used to create distinction. Thought can make you understand Feeling is due to circumstances and objects. Therefore you start clinging into objects and start chasing circumstances that your thought has a made a distinction as good and coming up with strategies to run away or minimize from bad circumstances or objects.

Why does understanding the role of thought help you in living the now? It helps you to reduce attachment to circumstances and objects.It helps you on your way to gain further insights onto the ultimate truth in life and in more in line with reality. There is no where to go to you are the way you are.

Flow

What is the flow?My current thoughts are telling me that it is when your personal mind is connected with the Universal Mind and you are naturally in motion and the thought level is tuned into the current environment.

How do you achieve this? Meditating?Fasting? Yes and No for Both. By the way by fasting I don't mean just food and water. By fasting my understanding is fasting from personal thoughts. This might include things like I need to eat, drink, see, smell, listen, touch constantly.

By meditating my understanding is do nothing and Mind will guide you in the natural direction you should head with the assistance of the free thinker you are.

The way I understand free thinker is that you are able to decide which thought to follow and do nothing when the thought that arises gives you a bad feeling and state of mind. With this understanding it made me further realize that we are not able to control our thinking but more sort of ride the wave and there is a universal energy that helps grow every life force in this planet.

Infinity

My recognition of me as an entity and something that needs improving started when I finished my uni degree and commenced into the workforce.

The journey of self improving started with exercise and body building. Initially focusing on the body, followed by motivation to push my body and mind to the limit.

Then it followed on to controlling the mind  with various way such as visualization and positive thinking.

And now to the realization of normal state when we were a child which is ride the wave with nothing on your mind and experience life in it is natural state. Basically through the Three Principles.

It is hard to explain as usual and it is temporary. it comes and goes but each time you are going into a deeper and deeper state of your natural mode. My understating is each time I gain insight I understand how life works in a deeper level.

Infinite level of the escalator. My understanding is each time we move up the escalator we loose bit of personal thoughts along the way.

What I also understand from infinity is that the very nature of it is has a close link to thought. That is why we must pause to reflect and do nothing. The way I understand is doing nothing is fasting the personal thought and letting it to reset to allow us to connect to the Universal mind.

Conclusion

What I understood by my insight in regards to attachment and objects and circumstances is that we should not depart from society or people. We will at the last stage of our object form but until then we will be in our natural state helping humanity out by creating and connecting the dots and consuming less and less. As part of my understanding that thought creates my reality is that it allows me to experience the beauty in the form objects and circumstances more and more and the personal attachment to it disappears each time and get to experience reality on a infinite level of consciousness.

Hello World!

Hello World!!! (First Lesson in Programming)

Hello Everyone (If anyone is out there). This is my first entry in a project I am trying out to understand myself, clear my mind and at the same time help anyone out in the cyber world with my experience in life. 

If you do decide to keep reading from here I like to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have thought of starting a blog for a long time, but couldn't be bothered to do so until today. That brings to my first of many major points in this blog. If you brain/heart thinks of something and suggest it to you, it's a pretty good bet that it would do you more benefit than harm. I know what you're thinking if you start doing everything you heart desires you'll make a fool of yourself or worse case get killed ( I know a bit extreme, but could happen). I am not saying that! What I am saying is think of the bigger picture whenever something comes into your head or a desire in your heart, does it comply  and help your end goal,and 9/10 times it will. So like Gibbs from NCIS famously says go with your gut. What I mean by the bigger pictures is the life goals, and that is something everyone should have. This keeps changing but you'll have some goals that will not change in your lifetime. I will talk about this life goals in more detail in the future.

Second major point I like to make is cliche but a goody. "Until you die, you'll find a way to get through it". Everyone one knows (well by now you should) life is not perfect ( this paragraph is full of cliches ay). You have your ups and down and what you want is more ups. But having more ups is not going to help you in the long run( again this is my theory, not proven yet!). When you have more ups like any drug you keep wanting more of the ups and when you don't get the ups you want life starts to take downturn. I am not saying be a monk and let go every desire,all I am saying is do it in balance. I am getting sidetracked here. What I wanted to say in this paragraph is when you do get those downs think of it as a phase, it will fade away and if you start thinking the same for the up phases as well you won't be effected by the down phase that much because you are ready for that phase since you know what the next phase is going to be. Thus you will be at an equilibrium, sort of cruise control mode.

Lastly feel free to mock me, it is your  life you can do what you like with it. Another point I like to make (I lied this is my last point) is you don't have to agree or follow on everything I spit out, the ideas I'm expressing is thoughts purely from my body and you'll soon realize that with your life you don't have to follow Michael Jordan's Philosophy to life or Bill Gates Philosophy to life or your parents and friends way of life. You'll follow what works for you and that could mean a bit from Michael Jordan, a bit from Bill Gates, a bit from Will Smith and a bit from your friends and parents.
